Charlotte “Micki” J. Schner Obituary

Charlotte (“Micki”) J. Schner 91, passed away surrounded by her family on May 21, 2024. Micki was born in Evanston, Illinois on November 7, 1932. She was predeceased in 2018 by her loving husband of 59 years, Lester, and together they built a life filled with love and joy.

She is survived by her three sons, Larry, Jeffery, and David, daughter-in-laws Kristine and Karey, and grandchildren Jacob, Matthew, Julia, Jaclyn, Sam, Avery, Kylie, and Logan.

Charlotte is the daughter of the late Joseph Fogelman and Tillie Fogelman. Sister to the late Sam, Pearl, Leo, and Morris Fogelman.

She will be remembered for her beauty, humor, thoughtfulness, generosity, and candor. An avid reader and member of the Brandeis National Committee where she organized numerous book and author luncheons and a lifetime member of Hadassah.

Charlotte’s love for her family and her role as a mother and grandmother were her defining qualities, leaving a lasting impact on their lives and her legacy will continue to live on through the values she instilled in them.
