Keith Kronish

Co-CEO, Co-Founder, and Funeral Director in Charge of Kronish Funeral Services.

Keith is one of the United States’ best-known and most respected funeral directors and is the preferred funeral professional for many families and Jewish Clergy in Greater Boca Raton.

Mr. Kronish is fully invested in the Southeast Florida Jewish community. He was born and raised in Greater Miami and has been a volunteer and Board member for numerous synagogues and Jewish organizations, including Temple Beth El, B’nai Israel, B’nai Torah, Hillel College and Universities of Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and various Jewish Federation-related entities.

Mr. Kronish is a Founding Director of the National Independent Jewish Funeral Directors Association and was the Funeral Director in Charge of Gutterman Warheit of Boca Raton for more than 25 years. In his leadership role at Gutterman Warheit Boca Raton, Mr. Kronish built Gutterman Warheit Boca Raton from a small local funeral home into one of the largest independent Jewish funeral homes in the nation.

Mr. Kronish also serves as an expert witness in funeral and cemetery malpractice cases, representing the rights of families who have been mistreated by funeral homes and cemeteries. As such, Mr. Kronish’s opinions are relied upon by judges and juries as a respected professional at the pinnacle of his profession.

Mark Sunshine

Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Kronish Funeral Services

Mark Sunshine is a nationally recognized Jewish communal leader, legal advocate, and ethical voice in the funeral services industry. As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Kronish Funeral Services, Mark brings a rare blend of strategic leadership, halachic sensitivity, and unwavering commitment to consumer protection.

He previously served as President of Temple Beth El of Boca Raton, one of the largest and most dynamic synagogues in the United States, where he oversaw major initiatives in lifecycle education, interfaith outreach, and communal governance. His tenure reflected deep trust from thousands of congregants and positioned him as a steward of Jewish values across generations.

Mark is also a prominent legal advocate and is providing pro bono representation for victims of the October 7 Hamas terror attack, and continues to serve as a resource for Jewish institutions navigating complex legal and ethical challenges. His expertise spans high-stakes litigation, banking and securities law, antitrust law, and international policy, and he is widely respected for his rigorous analysis and principled advocacy.

At Kronish, Mark co-authored and curates the Jewish Funeral Knowledge Center, a groundbreaking educational platform that promotes halachic fidelity, transparency, and dignity in Jewish burial. He is leading efforts to expand the Center into a national resource, with advisory board development and syndication to Jewish institutions across the country.

Mark holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and the University of Michigan Law School, and lives in Boca Raton with his wife and three adult children. When not advancing communal standards or protecting families from funeral industry misrepresentation, he enjoys travel, fitness, and time with loved ones.

Bailey White

Bailey White serves as the Human Resources and Operations Manager for Kronish Funeral Services, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization consistently exceeds the expectations of every family served.

A Florida native, Bailey combines her professional expertise with an innate sense of compassion and kindness, acting as a supportive caregiver to those in need during difficult times. Her dedication to service and strong foundational values make her an exemplary leader and a valued role model within the Kronish Funeral Services team.

Bailey completed her studies at Palm Beach State College and remains deeply engaged in her field. She is an active member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County, continually bringing industry best practices and a people-first framework to her executive leadership role.

Mitch Kronish "z"l

Mitchel is a native of Boca Raton, Florida, and has lived his entire life in Southeast Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Miami and the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service.

Mr. Kronish is devoted to the Southeast Florida Jewish Community. He is a volunteer at various organizations such as the Florence Fuller Foundation for underprivileged children and the JCC of Boca Raton. Mitchel is particularly gifted at working with younger families and with clients with unique needs.
