Elaine Marilyn Taule was an inspiring woman who lived a life full of purpose and passion. Born in May 1946 in Brooklyn, New York, Elaine had one sister, Sandy, and a brother Jack. She was married to her soulmate, Alfredo, and together they loved having a large family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Elaine was a successful businesswoman and the founder of NMS Management Services, which was created for the purpose of educating and preventing substance abuse at schools and in the workplace. She served on the Boards of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, Student Drug Testing of Florida, Palm Beach County Substance Abuse Coalition, Palm Beach County’s Office of SBE Advisory Committee, and the Board of Directors Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse. She co-published a book “Nine Reasons to Say Yes to Student Drug Testing”.

In addition to her professional life, Elaine had her NMS Management Services family whom she loved.  She also enjoyed hanging out at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa and became President of the hotel’s private club called The La Coquille and had fun running the board, organizing events, and even remodeling the club.

Elaine was a remarkable woman who made a lasting impact on her family, her community, and the world. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother “Mema”, a successful businesswoman, and a passionate advocate for substance abuse prevention. Her legacy will live on for generations to come. She was an inspiring woman who lived a life full of purpose and passion and will be remembered for her dedication to her family, her work, and her community.
