William (Billy) Leland Manley, 64, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022, in Boca Raton, FL surrounded by family and friends.
Billy was born on March 8, 1958, in Huntsville, AL to William Joseph Manley and Luella Pauline (Schiltz) Manley. He was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA as well as Newton, CT prior to moving to South Florida. He was a graduate of Coconut Creek High School in Coconut Creek, FL, and attended Atlantic Vo Tech. He worked as an auto body technician and appraiser and was also the owner of Bill’s Body Works in Pompano, FL for several years.

He enjoyed activities such as Boy Scouts, snow sledding in Valley Forge Park Pennsylvania, sailing on Taunton Lake in Connecticut and Biscayne Bay in Florida, fishing, playing with hot wheels, and flying model rockets.
As an adult, Billy had enjoyed tinkering with all kinds of motors – especially cars, motorcycles, and computers – and was an avid Nascar race fan. In his older years, he suffered from accident-related issues including arthritis, spinal stenosis, and developed lymphedema.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents William and Luella Manley. Billy is survived by his four siblings, Joan Manley of PA, Mary (and Harry) Walk of Coral Springs FL, Kathleen (and Robert) Williams of Miramar FL, and James Manley (and Elyse Wixson) of Boca Raton FL as well as eight nieces and nephews, two grandnephews, and one grandniece.
