Hurricane season is upon us (again) and as I write this to you, there are three potential hurricanes coming in our general direction from across the Atlantic Ocean.

I have no idea if any of these three storms will hit us, but just in case…I thought it would be a good idea to suggest some foods that you may want to stock up on in anticipation of a storm.

Just like I am not a meteorologist, I am not a nutritionist.
